Yum! Yum! Yum! Love this food truck! Everything we've had from El Fat Cat has been great and the selection of sauce choices (which are all so AMAZING I could practically drink them) is awesome. I love the wider variety on the menu (when compared to other Mexican food trucks) and how they explore Mexican fusion with flavors like curry. We've tried most of the menu and our personal favorites if you like spice and want something a little different are the "porky adobo", "habi bowl" as well as the "Fiji tacos". For something more traditional the "tres amigos" is also fantastic option, and is vegetarian friendly (as is the "coco curry").
How is this legal? Their food is basically crack. I am addicted. It's affecting my life. How am I supposed to function like this long term? Ordered a bunch of different stuff to give it a try as for the past year people have been telling me this is the best joint in town. Not a single thing was bad. Literally every bite was heaven. Have you ever paid 2.50 for an orgasm? Well now I have and I can't stop. This place is amazing. I literally only got a photo of a couple of the tacos becuase I ate everything else so quickly without taking a picture. If your looking for a debilitating addiction, this is the place to go.
If I were a local, I would frequent here DAILY. The food was amazing! The service was top notch and they were incredibly generous. We found this place because of good reviews on a road trip and look forward to going back in the future. Truly delicious!
I can't even begin to explain how awesome this establishment is. The burrito I ordered was so big it would have fed my wife and myself. I got the pineapple salsa and it was amazing. I could barely finish the burrito by myself. Super value and excellent quality food. Two thumbs up 👍 2nd visit on 11/20 was awesome. I will always come here when I'm in town. Can't beat it. Well what else can I say. This establishment doesn't disappoint. Great food every time. I've tried to correct Google navigation as to the correct entrance of this location. No such luck. It's worth the hunt to find this location.
This place is flat out a hidden gem, and if you know you know but BELIEVE me, you want to know! It's off the road and partially behind an old self service car wash. Like I said hidden. When you look, there's always a line. I promise you the wait is worth it. The customer service was outstanding! The atmosphere was super chill. To the food, perfect the Green Hornet burger was spectacular. The flavor profiles made my taste buds sing. Coleslaw was done very simply, and was very good. There wasn't any seating at the location, but we're in luck... Columbia Park is literally a 2 min drive and you can eat your meal hanging out by the water.

The Taco were so good. So glad I had lunch here. The wacky walnut sauce with the fijita taco was my favorite the green hornet taco's we're great too. My wife had a green hornet quesadilla and loved it. I would be a regular if I lived closer.
Best taco truck. I love the habiyaki chicken bowl with a side of chips. The tacos are delish. The pineapple salsa is amazing. Everyone is so nice.
We stopped by for lunch on our way back home to Oregon. They were just starting to get busy (around 1:30 PM). The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was very good and the portions were huge (especially for the prices paid; very reasonable for the amount of food and quality). Nice kick to the hot sauces as well. Yum!
My first time at El Fat Cat Grill. What I Ordered: Coleslaw Taco: This was my favorite taco. Fiji Taco: I loved the sweetness blend with the spicy sauce I added to it. Chicken Taco: The basic chicken taco, but is very well seasoned. Coleslaw: My 2nd favorite coleslaw I’ve tried. I liked the sweetness, but after a bit there is an aftertaste that wasn’t pleasant to my tastebuds. My friend Jorge loved it though! Saying it’s some of the best he has had. Green Hornet Cheeseburger: The flavor from the first bite to the last bite was so so so good! I highly recommend this burger! One of the best I’ve ever had!
